Why can’t I just buy one of the uniforms I see on the site?
Soldat FHQ creates unique historical replicas out of client projects. This can be as simple as having tailor sew on the insignia you can’t get done at home. We are discreet. It can be as complex helping design your project from period photos and helping you source the items needed, assembling, sending it through the time machine and writing an illustrated history for it. Your need maybe the restoration or replacement of a family heirloom. Each project is unique and specialized to the client. There is no way to cookie cutter price, no sales list. The exception here is Collection Sales, even here there is back and forth. Let’s talk about your project, your idea and make that happen.

Payment
Nearly everyone now has a Pay Pal account so I use that as my online payment method. My pay pal is the same as my email: fhq@soldat.com. I also am happy to take US Postal Money Order or Cash-Only in US Dollars. Send to: Cyrus Lee, 343 Rustic Ave. Libby, Montana 59923 USA.
Shipping
I ship with USPS Priority Mail or UPS which ever is the best deal for you. Shipping cost change all the time so we’ll discuss this about your order when we talk about it.
How Long Will My Order Take?
Soldat FHQ does mostly custom work so it takes time to finish orders, most times I will be able to give you a solid time frame and I will NEVER tell you I can deliver by a set date. In stock items such as books often ship the next day. I’ll keep you up to date on the status of your order progress and will send tracking to your email as it ships. You can always communicate with me on the email or phone.
Return Policy
No returns or cancellations on anything custom or special ordered. No returns on items run through the Time Machine. For example, if you order a medal and add Time Machine to it, it is yours. We offer a 3-day inspection with no questions asked return on stock items. After that we will work with you on a case-by-case basis. We are the final word on if an item has been altered or damaged and reserve the privilege to say no to your return.
